GOVERNMENT STUDENT FINANCE

Your ambition.
Support to help fund it.

Living-cost loans of up to £15,415 per course year could help you study.

New LLE courses starting from 1 January 2027 · published maximum for 120 credits over up to 30 weeks.

A Tuition Fee Loan can cover approved course fees up to the applicable limit, so you may not need to pay those fees upfront. A Maintenance Loan can help with rent, food and travel, with payments made to your bank account.

We take care of the application process with you. Campus Bridge helps prepare, complete and submit your student loan application with you, and guides you through follow-up.

Loans are repayable borrowing, not wages or guaranteed grants. The amount depends on your course, start date and circumstances. Interest applies; repayments depend on your income and loan plan. Our application guidance is free.

Clear answers to the questions that matter.

Is Campus Bridge free to use?

Yes. Our recruitment and application assistance is free for students. We receive commission from partnered universities and colleges for successful enrolments. Tuition fees and other costs charged by a provider are separate. We help you explore our partner options; we do not compare every course in England.

Who can use the service?

We support adults aged 18–65 living in England who are British citizens or hold UK settled status or indefinite leave to remain. This is the scope of our service, not a rule that guarantees a university place or student finance. Providers and funding bodies assess their own details.

Do I only need to go to campus once a week?

Some listed courses combine one day on campus with one day online. This applies to the FdA courses and the Leicester business top-up. Independent study and assessments are additional. Other courses are in person, or change delivery after the foundation year. We confirm the final timetable before you apply; one campus day does not mean one total day of study.

What is the difference between a foundation year and an FdA?

A foundation year is an introductory year within the listed four-year degree route. An FdA is a separate two-year foundation degree. The listed FdA courses identify a BA top-up as a possible next step, subject to the receiving course’s course information and acceptance. The two routes are not interchangeable.

Where can I find the course information?

Our service supports adults aged 18–65 living in England. For further course information about your preferred course, please contact us.

What government funding could help me study?

Eligible students can apply for government-backed Tuition Fee Loans towards approved course fees and Maintenance Loans towards living costs. A Maintenance Loan is paid to your bank account. Amounts depend on the course, start date and your circumstances. These are repayable loans, with interest and income-based repayment rules. Our application guidance is free.
