PRIVACY NOTICE
Your information.
Handled with care.
What we collect, why we use it and how to contact us about your information. Updated 18 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Campus Bridge is the name of this student recruitment and application-support service. Legal operator and data controller: To be confirmed. Controller’s registered or trading address: To be confirmed. Company registration details, if applicable: To be confirmed. Any required representative or data protection officer arrangements: To be confirmed.
For enquiries about this notice or your information, contact campusbridgesupport@gmail.com. Email is our currently published contact method.
Information you provide
A study enquiry can include your name, email, subject and study-level interests, selected course, preferred city and intake, a broad budget or funding-information preference, and any details you choose to add. If you request a phone or WhatsApp reply, the form asks for your phone number. We also record the type of enquiry and your acknowledgement of the privacy notice.
A partnership enquiry asks for your name, work email, institution, optional role and message. A newsletter request asks for your email and a separate agreement to receive study updates. Information sent directly by email becomes part of that correspondence.
There is no document-upload or student-account facility on this website. Please do not send passports, identity documents, bank records, full dates of birth or sensitive personal records through an initial enquiry. Any documents needed later require a separate explanation of purpose, recipient and submission method.
Why we use information
We use study enquiries to respond, understand your interests and practical needs, discuss appropriate course options and help you understand an application process. We use partnership enquiries to consider a proposed education partnership and manage the resulting conversation. We use technical information to operate and protect the website and handle form delivery.
The proposed lawful bases for ordinary enquiries are steps taken at your request before a service arrangement, where that basis applies, or legitimate interests in answering enquiries and running the service. Proposed legitimate interests include helpful correspondence, continuity of support, service security and preventing misuse. The final operator must confirm which basis applies to each activity and complete the necessary assessments: To be confirmed.
Newsletter marketing relies on your separate consent. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you. Withdrawing newsletter consent does not prevent us from answering a separate enquiry. Any processing required by a specific legal obligation must be identified and explained by the final operator.
How forms and email work
The forms currently prepare an email draft in your browser. Completing a form does not send information to Campus Bridge or to a form processor. You review and send the draft from your own email app; a copy-message option is also available.
If direct submission is enabled later, submitting a form will send its contents to Formspree for processing and forwarding to campusbridgesupport@gmail.com. Formspree’s own delivery, security and anti-spam systems may process technical information. Using a direct email link opens your email application; a message is sent only when you send it there.
The website has no automatic connection that submits your details to a university or college. Before information is shared for an application, we will explain the relevant recipient, purpose and next steps. Education institutions then handle application information under their own notices. The operator’s final provider list and processing contracts: To be confirmed.
Browsing and the course finder
The course finder compares your selections with catalogue information in your browser. It is a local discovery tool, not an AI service, admission assessment or finance decision. Finder answers are not sent to an AI provider or submitted to Campus Bridge by the finder. If you choose to carry preferences into an enquiry, they are sent only when you submit that form or send an email.
The site stores your motion and cookie-setting preferences locally in your browser. It does not install analytics or advertising trackers. Website hosting, externally requested fonts and activated form delivery may nevertheless involve normal connection information, such as an IP address, browser details and request time. These technical requests are separate from the local finder.
Read the cookie and browser-storage notice for the current preference keys and ways to clear them.
Service providers and international processing
Information may be handled by the website host, Formspree when forms are activated, and the email provider used for correspondence. Google Fonts may receive connection information when a font is requested. These providers support the service; their own notices explain their respective processing.
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. The operator’s confirmed processing locations, relevant agreements and any required UK transfer mechanism or safeguards: To be confirmed. Those details must be checked before form activation. You can ask us for the applicable arrangements and how to obtain information about any safeguards.
Keeping information
The retention periods for study enquiries, partnership correspondence, newsletter consent records and technical records are To be confirmed. The operator must set and publish these periods, or clear criteria for deciding them, before activating collection.
Relevant criteria include whether an enquiry is still active, whether follow-up has been requested, the need to record a withdrawal of marketing permission, and any applicable legal or dispute-related obligations. A retention period is not unlimited simply because a conversation once took place. Ask us about a particular record or request deletion using the contact below.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances and the basis for processing, you may ask to access your information, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. These rights have conditions and exceptions. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request before disclosing personal data.
Right to object: you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also tell us at any time to stop using your details for direct marketing. Contact campusbridgesupport@gmail.com.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing campusbridgesupport@gmail.com; this does not affect earlier use that was lawful. There is no admission or funding decision made solely by this website’s automated finder.
You can raise a concern with us and you have the right to complain to the UK data protection regulator, the ICO. Visit ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint for its current complaint routes and contact information.
What is optional
You do not have to submit an enquiry to read the website or explore the catalogue. Fields marked as required are needed to process that form; without a usable contact detail we cannot reply. Optional fields can be left blank. The service is intended for adults; its focus on people aged 18–65 living in England is a service scope, not a determination of admission or student-finance eligibility.
Updates and privacy requests
We will update this notice when the operator details or actual processing arrangements change. A new use of personal information needs to be explained before it begins. The update date above identifies the current notice.
For access, correction, deletion, a complaint or a question, email campusbridgesupport@gmail.com. Please describe your request without attaching identity or financial records unless we have explained that they are needed.
Operator review pending: the legal operator, controller address, retention periods and applicable processing arrangements are marked “To be confirmed”. These details must be completed and this notice reviewed before online submissions are activated.
